SEBA was registered at Khulna social welfare under Social welfare Act 1960 of the department of social welfare Govt. of Bangladesh under Regd. No. Khulna-933/2000, Dated 21-12-2000 and Subsequently registered from NGO Affairs Bureau Govt. of Bangladesh under Foreign Donation Act to operate Foreign fund vide No. 1646, dated 10-06-2001. In addition to this, we have got another recognition from Certificate of Registration of Societies (Act-xxi of 1860) whose Regd. No is Khulna-89 of 2004 dated 07/03/04.
